Expertise includes offset press and relief printing press operation, spot-color mixing, four-color process, foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, folding, finishing and bindery, operations. Production Design: Extensive experience in prepress and production-ready artwork. Advanced knowledge of color management and pixel-perfect proofing, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex color challenges using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Currently expanding workflows by integrating Figma into print-production processes. Adept at set-up for multi-color work, spot-color touch plates, tonal printing, & overprinting.
Structural Packaging Design: Specialized in luxury packaging design, including folding cartons, boxes, custom enclosures, and rigid setup boxes. Adept at translating concepts into functional, production-ready structures with a strong understanding of steel-rule die cutting and the requirements of high-volume manufacturing. Highly knowledgable about scoring, embossing, debossing, folding, thermography, laminates and print finishing.
Materials & Substrate Development: Deep knowledge of packaging materials including paper, paperboard, corrugate, polypropylene plastics, and specialty substrates. Experienced in navigating global compliance standards, transport packaging considerations, and quality assurance throughout the production lifecycle.
